Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Front desk coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our front desk area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff while managing clerical duties and office management tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service.
• Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out processes and appointments
• Oversee clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
• Ensure effective phone etiquette when handling inquiries and directing calls.
• Proofread documents for accuracy before distribution or filing.
• Utilize computer systems for scheduling, record keeping, and communication purposes.
• Re-engaging inactive members.
• Staying updated on membership options, packages and promotions.
• Confidence in discussing and selling memberships and services with clients
• Keeping management apprised of member concerns and following manager’s policies, procedures, and direction.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

Experience

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations while exhibiting strong phone etiquette.
• Work cohesively with others in a fun and fast-paced environment.
