We are seeking a motivated and self-driven Marketing Specialist to join our client's team. They are an architecture agency based in the US.

The Marketing Specialist will provide marketing and communications support to the Preconstruction and Sales team. Primary duties will include management of social media channels, assisting with the design, development and launch of the new website, and gathering, organizing, and maintaining all photo and video assets, developing a better proposal process that includes details and applicable photos of products and their features, develop custom literature, develop lunch learn presentations with sales manager, align messaging across all communication platforms to our brand. This position will report directly to the President and Preconstruction Manager.

Responsibilities:

Serving as a key member of the larger business development team (Pursuit team), supporting firmwide marketing efforts.

 Supporting lead tracking and marketing-related strategic decisions.

 Understanding the competitive environment as well as conducting thorough research of the client groups to maximize project win potential.

 Obtain and organize project photographs, videos and other documents for usage on the website, social media, and marketing collateral.

 Work directly with President and Preconstruction Manager to create and launch the new website in line with the brand and marketing outreach strategy

 Design and produce promotional presentations and other marketing materials to support products and services

 Create marketing literature (brochures, press releases, etc.) to augment presence in the market

 Create and post online content to the website and social media accounts

 Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather data from social media, website analytics, rankings etc.

 Conduct market research and analyze analytics reports to improve strategy

 Research and maintain a calendar of relevant industry conferences and events

 Maintain project photo and video library

 Maintain email contact lists and distribution database

 Prior knowledge or willingness to learn about facade technology and our products and services

 Responsible for managing all stages of the proposal development process from prospect to interview. This will include preparing and developing content, graphic design, and layout to ensure compliance with solicitation documents, editing, and producing final deliverables within required timelines.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in the design, engineering and construction industry is required.

• High proficiency in Adobe Suite of Programs (Photoshop, InDesign etc.) is required.

• Excellent planning and organization skills.

• Ability to write and translate technical information in a variety of content styles.

• Excellent communication and people skills

• Attention to detail

• Good understanding of office management and marketing principles

• Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing software and online applications (CRM tools, online analytics, etc.)

• Willing to travel to for conferences and events, as needed/if needed

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Marketing, Business, liberal arts or related field

Requirements
