Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location: Brookfield, WI
Reports To: VP of Product Management
Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing
initiatives and drive brand growth. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and
optimizing marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and support
business objectives. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong analytical skills and a
proven track record of executing successful marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans
that align with company goals to increase brand awareness and market share.
• Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns,
including digital, social media, email, content, and traditional marketing efforts.
• Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials,
messaging, and channels.
• Content Creation & Management: Oversee content strategy, including website copy,
blog posts, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer
needs, and a competitive landscape to optimize marketing efforts.
• Lead Generation & Sales Support: Develop strategies to drive customer acquisition and
retention, working closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue
goals.
• Budget & Performance Tracking: Manage marketing budgets, track campaign ROI, and
provide performance reports with key metrics.
• Partnership & Vendor Management: Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and
partners to enhance marketing capabilities.
• Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and mentor a team (if applicable) while working
cross-functionally with other departments to support company objectives.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media strategies.
• Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
(e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
• Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced
environment.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in measuring and optimizing campaign
performance.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of graphic design and content management systems (e.g., Adobe Creative
Suite, WordPress).
• Strong understanding of brand storytelling and customer engagement strategies.
