Fine Jewelry Sales Consultant @ Mati Jewelers ABQ Uptown Location Albuquerque, NM (Uptown area) :

Mati Jewelers is seeking accomplished jewelry sales professionals for our store in the ABQ uptown shopping center in Albuquerque.

We are looking for someone who enjoys sales, jewelry, and customer service.

Full or Part time positions available.

Mati Jewelers is a family owned and operated business for over 45 years with a long track record in the community. We strive to provide our clients a home away from home for all their jewelry and watch needs, offering a welcoming environment with exceptional customer service.

Mati Jewelers is the retail boutique for Kabana, an Albuquerque based jewelry brand with points of sale across the world. All our collections are designed and produced in our workshops locally. Opportunities for advancement into our wholesale division possible.

Successful candidates will be able to:

• Create a welcoming and friendly environment by greeting and approaching customers
• Have a passion for selling and providing exceptional customer service
• Exceed customer expectations by providing assistance with a positive attitude

• Demonstrates timely follow-up and follow-through on customer requests and commitments

• Actively creates a welcoming environment through teamwork and collaboration
• Effectively utilizes mobile devices to communicate with customers and expand business
• Effectively utilizes available clientele tools and resources to increase personal business
• Works to develop long term customer relationships
• Assist in maintaining visual and merchandise presentation standards on the selling floor
• Comfortable using windows based computer and POS system
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in luxury retail, service or hospitality environment. High-end jewelry experience is a plus

• Sales driven and goal oriented
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
