About the Role:  

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Project Manager with a strong background in UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) and experience in solution consulting. The ideal candidate will lead quality assurance projects, ensuring the successful implementation and integration of UKG Pro WFM solutions, with a particular focus on TestAssure .  

As a contractor, you’ll have access to a community-driven platform offering diverse opportunities across US, Canada and beyond.

What You'll Get to Do:  

• Sign up and gain access to our platform’s curated freelance projects. 
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand reporting requirements. 
• Lead and manage QA projects related to UKG Pro WFM implementations, ensuring timely and successful delivery. 
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective QA strategies. 
• Utilize TestAssure to develop and execute comprehensive test plans and cases. 
• Provide solution consulting expertise, advising clients on best practices for UKG Pro WFM configuration and optimization. 
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of solutions. 
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies. 
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and communicated effectively to stakeholders. 

What you will bring to the role:  

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a QA Project Manager, with a focus on UKG Pro WFM solutions.  
• Proven experience in solution consulting, specifically with UKG Pro WFM.  
• Strong knowledge of  TestAssure and its application in QA processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Availability for full-time (40 hours/week) contract work
• Business Structure: US candidates need EIN/LLC; Canadian candidates require incorporation
