Job Description

LaSalle Network is hiring for a Staff Accountant to oversee the accurate recording of financial transactions in line with GAAP standards. This role offers exposure to all key accounting functions, including AP, AR, GL, and Treasury.

Staff Accountant Responsibilities:

• Create monthly invoices and apply cash payments
• Assist with AP/AR/Treasury processes
• Prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
• Provide support for external audits, tax compliance, and quarterly reporting
• Collaborate on special projects and other duties as assigned

Staff Accountant Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 3-5 years of public accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and experience with corporate/state tax compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (NetSuite a plus)
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
