A day in the Life:
Lead and manage EHS staff and initiatives.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company policies.
Develop and conduct EHS training and risk assessments.
Represent the company in interactions with regulatory bodies.

Strong relationship-building and effective communication skills.
Education
Experience
Minimum of 8 years of EHS experience in the chemical and/or pharmaceutical industry.
Extensive knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety protocols.
Proven track record in continuous improvement environments.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Expertise in regulatory compliance, Chemical Safety, Process Safety, and Occupational Safety.
Strong background in Environmental Compliance and Permitting.
Proficient in software tools such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and Visio.
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
This role requires occasional travel up to 30% and the ability to manage EHS operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
