Job Title: Senior Tax Accountant

Compensation: $70,000 - $110,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

• Prepare and review complex individual and business tax returns, including federal, state, and local taxes.
• Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely tax filings.
• Communicate with clients to gather information, address concerns, and provide expert tax advice.
• Identify tax planning opportunities and recommend strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
• Conduct thorough tax research and analysis on various tax issues.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and optimize tax strategies.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver superior and comprehensive client service.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• CPA license or Enrolled Agent designation preferred .
• Current PTIN and ability to sign returns as the preparer.
• Relevant work experience, including at least 5 tax seasons, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
• Proficiency with Lacerte tax software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Strong understanding of tax codes and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
