Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and oversee assigned accounting and tax work with minimal supervision.
  
• Guide mentor and review work of lowerlevel personnel ensuring quality and accuracy.
  
• Resolve routine and complex accounting and tax matters serving as a resource for advanced solutions.
  
• Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills to meet tight deadlines and budgets.
  
• Ensure compliance with federal state and local tax regulations while applying current accounting principles.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting or related field.
  
• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in public accounting.
  
• CPA license preferred.
  
• Proficient in tax software spreadsheets and word processing applications.
  
• Strong critical thinking professional judgment and decisionmaking skills.
  
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Excellent organizational skills and a commitment to professional integrity.
  

Work Requirements:

• Occasional travel to client meetings or seminars using a personal vehicle.
  
• Flexible workfromhome options available.
  
• Expected overtime especially during the JanuaryApril tax season.
