Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Lead architecture of next-generation low-power, ML-centric, connected MCU products
- Drive product performance, power, and area requirements and analysis from product and system perspective
- Work closely with product line management and customers to define product requirements and roadmap
- Support business strategy with technical analysis of new markets and products
- Establish strategic relationships with customers and vendors
- Work closely with the Platform architecture team to coordinate Platform roadmap enhancements with product roadmap requirements
- Work closely with IP teams to coordinate IP roadmap requirements aligned to product roadmap
- Work closely with software team to guarantee consistent and effective hardware/software interface
- Guide design teams productizing SoC and IP (design, verification,implementation)
- Drive continuous improvements of design flows and work methods
- Contribute new ideas towards patent generation and innovation activities driving differentiated products and solutions
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- BSEE, MSEE (preferred)
- 20+ years of experience in SoC and systems architecture
- Product architecture experience and savvy in technology (40nm and below)
- Proven track record working with cross functional teams and driving hardware/software/system/features trade-offs
- Superior analytical, prioritization and decision skills supported by continuous learning
- High energy and can-do attitude combined with initiative and ability to organize to track and achieve stated goals
