Our global, technology solutions, products and services client has asked The Maven Group to help find a several talented Proposal Managers for a Arizona and/or Virginia based project.

These are hybrid work roles and relocation can be provided if needed.

Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance is required at time of hire. Due to the nature of work performed within our clients facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

The chosen Contracts Specialist will administer contracts and subcontracts along with constant monitoring to ensure performance.  You will ensure compliance with all applicable federal regulations and internal policies.  The Contracts Specialist is also responsible with collaboration with entire program team to ensure all contract requirements are understood and executed.

What you need to bring to the party:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of86 years of relevant experience to meet managerial expectations.
• Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance is required at time of hire
• Substantial knowledge of applicable federal regulations (FAR/DFARS) and contracting experience with prime contractors or subcontractor as wells as all contract types
• Possesses very substantial experience reviewing and analyzing contract or subcontract documents for accuracy, performance risk, and conformance with contract terms, conditions, and other provisions
• Demonstrates very substantial verbal and written communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with personnel at all levels
• Substantial computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office) to support effective communications and business needs
