Work From home Pay is $29 per hour

North Florida Village is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in either a remote or office setting. This position plays a crucial role in inputting and maintaining accurate data in our system, ensuring efficient and smooth operations throughout the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter data into our system while maintaining data integrity
• Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
• Review data for errors, missing information, or duplicates and correct as needed
• Communicate with team members to ensure data is up-to-date and accurate
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Utilize basic math skills for data entry accuracy
• Create and update spreadsheets with large amounts of data
• Prepare and sort documents for data entry
• Adhere to data entry and confidentiality policies and procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years experience in data entry or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of basic math and ability to interpret data
