Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in selecting and booking cruise vacations based on their preferences, budget, and interests.
• Provide detailed information on cruise itineraries, ships, cabin types, excursions, and onboard amenities.
• Manage reservations, modifications, and cancellations while ensuring a smooth booking process.
• Stay up to date with cruise line promotions, policies, and destination insights.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable planning experience.
• Complete  supplier certifications to maintain expertise in cruise line offerings and exclusive deals.
• Implement  lead generation and follow-up strategies to grow and maintain a strong client base.

Sales Responsibility:
This role involves actively  booking and selling cruise vacations , assisting clients in customizing their trips while maximizing revenue through upselling premium cabins, excursions, and additional amenities.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage bookings efficiently.
• Passion for travel and enthusiasm for the cruise industry.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A computer, smartphone, and reliable internet connection.
• Willingness to complete training and supplier certifications.
