Job Responsibilities - Represent NutraCo's focus on providing compassionate care, with respect and dignity to patients who count on us to manage their nutrition treatment and maintenance plans.
- Take direction from the VP of Clinical Services and Regional Clinical Director.
- Provide leadership and direct supervision of all dietitians in the region.
- Work closely with members of facility corporate teams including administrators, DON, ADON, etc., to ensure clinical accuracy of all dietitians at the facility and client satisfaction.
- Provide clinical nutrition services to residents in Long Term Care facilities within the designated region.
- Conduct nutritional assessments, develop and implement care plans, and monitor the effectiveness of interventions.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and other dietitians, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate residents, families, and staff on nutritional practices and dietary management.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress.
- Travel to various facilities within the region as needed.
Qualifications - Registered Dietitian (RD) credential required.
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of residence.
- Previous experience in clinical nutrition, preferably in Long Term Care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the designated region.
