The Real Estate Implementation Manager is responsible for leading the alignment of client needs and overseeing communication of real estate and construction projects with key stakeholders. This role ensures successful execution by collaborating with Corporate Real Estate Services (CRES) and external business partners and Lines of Business (LOBs) to understand project requirements, establish overall timelines to meet business need, and ensure high quality communication between all groups. The Real Estate Implementation Manager is crucial for tracking overall progress, raising concerns, optimizing processes for maximum efficiency, and ensuring successful delivery of real estate projects.

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Project Management, Real Estate or related discipline and 5+ years of directly related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Project Management Certification preferred.
