Job Description: Ground floor opportunity in our Growth Team for a Proposal Coordinator Specialist. As a key member of the proposal team, you will support GDIT Capture Managers and Proposal Managers across the entire enterprise. This position will be located in Falls Church, Va.
HOW A Proposal Coordinator Specialist WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Assists proposal teams by providing SWA support functions
Assists proposal manager and proposal analyst with preparation for proposal reviews and any printed materials required
Provides proposal final production support
Administrative lead on high-side SharePoint
Responsible for maintaining office supplies for the proposal center
Works with IT and facilities to troubleshoot any issues in the workplace
Work with security to vet employees and visitors for access to secured spaces in the proposal center
Will help move materials in and out of workspace to assist with proposal production
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Required Experience: Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience or 4+ additional years of experience in lieu of a degree
Required Skills and Abilities: Must be organized, self starter; good communicator; successful in a team environment; flexible to work around deadlines; positive attitude, must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
Required Technical Skills: SharePoint; MS Office; Adobe Acrobat (novice level experience)
Preferred Skills: Desktop publishing or proposal graphics experience
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
US Citizenship Required
Must be able to go into the Falls Church, VA office daily
The likely salary range for this position is $79,747 - $95,450. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
Travel Required: Less than 10%
