Join our dynamic team as a Property Disposition Consultant (PDC) and help individuals navigate the challenges of selling distressed real estate. This is a fulltime onsite position in our Alpharetta GA office where you ll be at the heart of our mission to assist property owners with compassion efficiency and professionalism.

What You ll Do:

• Be the First Point of Contac t: Handle inbound leads no cold calling! Engage with property owners who have requested our services.
  
• Assess and Advise : Conduct property assessments listen to customer needs and provide tailored solutions to help them sell their property quickly and efficiently.
  
• Facilitate Transactions : Guide customers through the process of understanding their options and getting contracts in place for a seamless experience.
  
• Follow Up with Purpose : Maintain a sense of urgency while staying organized using phone email and SMS to keep communication clear and timely.
