Job Description

This international nonprofit with healthcare ties is seeking a temporary Project Manager to provide administrative support to their busy team. In this role, you will work on a variety of essential tasks, including managing the committee meetings, preparing all materials, working with peer reviewers, coordinating manuscript completion and assisting with copy editing.  If you are a highly organized individual with strong writing and editing skills and possess previous experience with project management and administrative support, this could be the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage meeting logistics, including scheduling and preparing meeting agendas.
• Organize manuscripts and prepare draft manuscripts for review.
• Oversee peer review, including identifying and maintaining a list of peer reviewers, and organizing peer review comments into a spreadsheet.
• Set up and maintain organization of shared documents in Google Docs and DropBox.
• Work across copy editing processes and additional written materials and items for external publication.

• Experienced. You have previous experience of project management and administrative work. Previous association experience working with committees and groups highly desired.
