We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join our team! As part of our Project Management Office (PMO) team, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, Development, QA, Sales, and Executive Leadership, to successfully manage and implement software projects. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role where you will have the opportunity to make a real impact. You will be responsible for leading client software implementations, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships, and driving successful project outcomes.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable to change, and experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously. You should be comfortable collaborating with both internal teams and external clients, and you should have a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle. This role provides ample opportunities for growth and the ability to influence business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead client communications and set clear expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.
Define and manage project deliverables, tasks, and timelines, coordinating staffing and monitoring progress.
Develop and deliver training to ensure smooth project implementation.
Collaborate with clients to gather accurate and complete business requirements.
Coordinate across teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Work with Product Management to balance the product vision with customer needs, delivering optimal solutions.
Provide project updates and status reports to executive leadership.
Partner with Business Analysts to ensure documentation reflects client needs and is clear for Development and QA teams (e.g., business requirements, user stories, wireframes, functional specs, test plans, etc.).
Proactively manage project risks, issues, and changes using established processes.
Lead estimation of development effort and track milestones.
Prioritize bug reports and ensure effective resolution.
Coordinate training for team members to ensure continuous improvement.
Key Requirements:

Strong technical background, including knowledge of sFTP, APIs, file formats, GUIDs, integrations, and HTML.
Proven experience implementing SaaS or enterprise software applications.
Familiarity with the specialty pharmacy industry or related fields.
Experience consulting for external clients and managing client-facing projects.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
Strong ethical standards and personal integrity.
Solid skills in data analysis, business analysis, and financial analysis.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project).
Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field).
3-5 years of experience managing complex software projects, including client-facing projects.
Agile software development experience is a plus.
Experience in the specialty pharmacy industry is preferred.
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to build consensus and understand diverse perspectives.
Flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment.
Benefits:

A supportive, fast-paced, and collaborative work environment.
Competitive pay structure.
Matching 401(k) with immediate vesting.
Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and short-term disability insurance.
We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply. We value diversity and inclusion in our team and are committed to creating an environment where all employees feel empowered and supported.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 112,000.00 Per Year
