Job Description

1. Full-time bachelor’s degree or above in engineering management or related fields.
2. 5-10 years of work experience, preferably with overseas construction management or cost experience.
3. Strong independent work capability, good professional ethics, self-discipline, resilience, and a strong sense of responsibility. 1. Prepare the overall project schedule and monthly progress plans, as well as monthly progress plans for each construction team, ensuring readiness for project commencement; preliminarily review drawings, construction plans, and propose technical measures and on-site construction plans.

1. Compile the overall project schedule and monthly progress plans, thoroughly review the materials required for the project, and strictly ensure the quality of incoming materials.
2. Budget measurement, pricing, preparation of the bill of quantities, and engineering estimates.
3. Estimate and review design changes, evaluate quotes submitted by contractors, negotiate with contractors, and handle relevant pre-settlement work to determine project costs.
4. Issue construction task orders, material requisition limits, and technical disclosures to the respective teams, supervise the timely arrival of construction materials and equipment in a qualified state, ensuring smooth project progress.
5. Supervise and manage the construction site, promptly address major quality and safety issues in collaboration with relevant departments, participate in construction measurement and acceptance, and ensure project protection.
6. Collect and organize completion data, prepare the construction settlement, and review project budgets and settlements.
7. Based on budget norms, construction schedules, economic regulations, technical measures, prepare construction budget estimates.
8. Participate in the preparation of bidding documents, bid submissions, and contract reviews, collecting cost data for various projects to provide basis for bidding.
