Project Manager Architecture Healthcare Design
The Project Manager with manage all phases of various Architecture Healthcare Design projects. Supervise small to large teams, produces, delegates, and coordinates the work, and reviews and approves the work of all internal and external team members. Provides final review and approvals of all code analysis, material selections, and specifications. Oversee construction document production and management of BIM model. Attends client meetings and regularly interfaces with clients and consultants. Coordinates with all levels of personnel on a regular basis to ensure projects are executed according to plan. Account for the team’s execution of the work in the most efficient and technically feasible manner.
The ability to plan, organize, mentor, direct and evaluate work for others. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Excellent client management and leadership skills. The ability to excel in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment, with an emphasis on customer service, teamwork, communication, follow-through, and accuracy. Lead the design, documentation, and construction administration process. Familiar with Adobe Photoshop and Sketch-Up.
Desired, Preferred, Required:
Bachelor’s degree in architecture. Master’s degree in architecture a plus. 10 to 35 plus years’ Architecture and Design experience. 10 plus years’ Architecture Healthcare Design. Registered Architect and/or working towards your Registration license.

A generous salary $85,000 - $135,000 plus benefits package will be provided. Remote work. You must live in Florida and have the ability to get to in-office and client meetings. US Citizenship, Perm Resident, Green Card Holder is required.
