Are you an experienced architect passionate about healthcare projects? We're seeking a talented Project Manager to join a dynamic and nationally recognized architecture firm. With a strong focus on healthcare, corporate research, and advanced technology projects, this role offers the opportunity to make an impact on meaningful designs while working in a hybrid environment.

What You'll Do
As a Project Manager, you'll oversee small to mid-sized projects, managing every detail from inception to completion. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality results that meet budgets, schedules, and scope. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and coordinating all administrative and technical aspects of multiple projects.
Developing detailed work plans, communicating effectively with project teams, and ensuring smooth execution.
Managing budgets, schedules, and scope, while estimating project fees and monitoring financial performance indicators.
Preparing for and leading project review meetings to track progress and address key milestones.
Supporting timely invoicing, billing, and managing accounts receivables.
Serving as the primary client liaison to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.
Ensuring quality assurance measures are built into project plans and consistently executed.
Applying your technical expertise to detailing and specification writing.
Leveraging your experience in complex building types, including new construction and renovations.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (registration preferred).
A minimum of 8 years of architectural experience, with a focus on healthcare-related projects.
At least 5 years of experience managing healthcare projects.
Proven ability to plan, organize, and lead teams with a focus on collaboration and mentorship.
Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills.
Exceptional leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Technical proficiency in architectural detailing, specification writing, and construction methods.
