- Contract Duration: 12-months + potential to extend
- Worksite Location: Plymouth, Minnesota | Hybrid
- Hourly Rate: $35-38/hr W2
What you’ll do as a Production Design & Content Specialist: - Create, edit, resize, and modify product images (CGI, lifestyle, etc.) to visually communicate product features for eCommerce platforms
- Collaborate with business units to execute visual content strategies and ensure brand consistency
- Leverage written content for high-quality visual design
- Troubleshoot and resolve image-related issues based on marketplace standards
- Stay aligned with brand voice and style guides for content creation
- Address customer feedback to enhance the web experience
- Plan and implement product page enhancements (e.g., size charts, videos)
- Conduct competitive analysis to stay updated on industry trends
- Identify and improve internal processes and workflows
What you’ll bring to the Production Design & Content Specialist role: - Bachelor’s degree in Production Design, Graphic Design, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in digital production design, preferably in eCommerce and marketplaces (portfolio required)
- Proficient in Adobe Suite/Photoshop
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Knowledge of eCommerce, product marketing, and best practices for showcasing product features
- Experience with style guides and content standards
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Familiar with e-commerce algorithms and optimization strategies
- Strong systems understanding and ability to quickly adapt to new tools
