Beach Cities Toyota is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our winning team! Job Summary: The Payroll Administrator is responsible for implementing all aspects of the payroll process. This includes ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee time and attendance, calculating wages and deductions, and processing payroll reports. The Payroll Administrator will also be responsible for maintaining payroll records, resolving any payroll discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Responsibilities

• Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment of wages to all employees
• Calculate and deduct appropriate withholding and deductions, including health benefits, and garnishments according to company policy
• Manage timekeeping system and ensure proper tracking of hours, overtime, and time off
• Maintain accurate employee payroll records
• Resolve any payroll discrepancies or issues
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management
• Serve as the primary contact for employees related to payroll inquires
• Perform payroll audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of data
• Ensure compliance with all relevant federal and state laws and regulations
• Other duties as assigned

• Prior experience with automotive dealership payroll administration including tech pay
• Proficient in the use of payroll software, experience with Paycom is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multi-task and perform in a fast paced environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and an ethical mindset
• Strong understanding of dealership payroll and federal and state payroll laws
• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
