**Job Summary:**
As a **Paid Ad Media Specialist**, you will be responsible for managing paid digital marketing campaigns including paid search, display, and social advertising strategies for both B2B and B2C businesses. As part of your role, paid media specialists create and optimize paid media channels to support the growth goals of the digital department. The role of paid media specialists is to assist organizations in growing and succeeding on digital platforms. It is an integral part of developing and managing an effective digital strategy as well as media buying.
**Responsibilities:**
* Ensuring paid media projects are successfully planned and executed while contributing to the growth of the company via paid media strategies
* Develop, execute, and optimize cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch
* Work cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization
* Provide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders
* Define, measure, and evaluate relevant paid media KPIs
* Build out media buys for various ad platforms and oversee the day-to-day execution of paid media
* Oversee and manage the overall paid media budget
* Conduct in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping and audience targeting
* Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies
* The pivotal part of this role is to ensure that the “Paid Ads Specialist” thrives for the team and the Manager/HOD.
**Requirements:**
* At least three years of experience as a paid search marketer or in the paid search space.
* A thorough working knowledge of demand-side platforms.
* A detailed understanding of practically applying PPC marketing principles.
* Data and web metrics analytical skills.
* Collaborative mindset and a team player.
* Passionate about marketing and search marketing.
* Driven to achieve results and make an impact.
**Preferred but not required:**
* A degree in marketing, information technology, or digital marketing is a huge plus.
* Certification as a PPC specialist or paid search specialist is beneficial.
