As a Manager, Billing Operations, you will be a critical member to ensure we bill to and collect from advertisers timely to a support healthy cash flow. The MAP Team is looking for a task-oriented individual with an acute attention to details who excels at prioritization and collaboration. You’ll contribute to a high-caliber team in a business that is experiencing rapid and dramatic growth. We are looking for demonstrated performance in a constantly changing environment.
We are looking for an individual with experience in the following areas:
Responsible for handling assigned billing process for MAP invoices; including partnering with internal teams to ensure timely & accurate invoice generation via file imports into the enterprise billing system
Execute monthly billing cycle activities including pre-bill verification tracking, invoice processing, deduction/account set-up, submission, revision, and dispute resolution
Identify and report billing discrepancies by collaborating with customers, third party partners and other team members to resolve billing inconsistencies and errors
Aid with necessary invoice revisions and sub-ledger adjustments
Identify & communicate potential concerns, risks and trends while applying critical thinking skills to identify potential operational or procedural solutions.
Support third party audit requests and investigations by verifying billing and claim details; gathering data tracking audit requests and ensuring accuracy of data, discrepancies, and recoupments.
Minimum of 2 years of corporate billing experience; including interaction with large companies
Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounts receivable experience
Strong communication, problem-solving and analytical skills, attention to detail
Great customer service skills, patience and empathy
Team player with the ability to maintain a positive attitude
Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-changing environment
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Excellent time-management skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
Salesforce experience a plus
SAP experience a plus

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
