Junior CNO Developer (TS/SCI FSP Required)
Location: Annapolis Junction, MD

Our client is seeking a Junior CNO Developer for a full-time position supporting a U.S. Government customer. This role involves applying technical skills to sustain mission-critical software and systems as part of a large government contract.

Key Responsibilities:

1st Opening: Join a team developing Unix, Windows, or Mobile capabilities, focusing on the design, development, testing, and maintenance of CNO tools.

2nd Opening: Collaborate with developers creating security-focused, OS-centric capabilities, supporting design, development, testing, and maintenance of CNO solutions.

  • Design and implement custom software tools across various platforms.
  • Work closely with customers to understand and adapt to evolving requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation for the operation and support of created software and tools.
  • Mentor junior developers to enhance team capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Active or reinstatable TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
  • U.S. Citizenship.
  • 1+ years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or 4+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in C/C++ and Python.
  • Experience developing applications on Windows or Unix platforms.
  • Solid understanding of OS internals and network protocols.
  • Familiarity with modern software engineering concepts.

Compensation:

$115,000 - $190,000
