Job Description

The Chad Borah Team is the #1 Pillar To Post® home inspection franchise in North America. Our business provides a broad range of home inspection services to include: building inspections, radon testing, sewer lateral inspections, gas mechanical inspections, wood destroying insect inspections and mold sampling. Our business is always improving and we are targeting the right person with a strong work ethic and shared values to add to our team. We are exceptional at training and effectively on-boarding new team members. No previous field related experience is required. An understanding of a home's systems and components is a plus! Job Requirements:

  • Possess strong customer service skills
  • Basic knowledge of residential home systems and components
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Punctual and ability to work unsupervised
  • Valid driver’s license and insurance
  • Must be able to work in various weather conditions, climb ladders, walk on roofs & access crawl spaces
  • Ability to pass all employment screenings
  • Required to authorize background and driving checks
Hours: The position requires availability Monday through Friday and typically two Saturdays a month for a total of approximately 40 hours per week Benefits:

Compensation: $40,000 to $60,000 starting salary based on experience and qualifications
