RD Nutrition Consultants LLC is seeking a Full-Time Hybrid Outpatient/Wellness Registered Dietitian

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Dietitian to join our network of exceptional clinicians. You will play a vital role in supporting a non-profit organization that provides services to individuals living with HIV/AIDS. This full-time, hybrid position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of older adults by optimizing their nutritional health and well-being.

Schedule: 32 hours/week; Flexible, Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 6 PM. Hybrid position with up to 16 hours of remote work.

• Shift Options: Flexible shift options; 2 onsite visits required per week.
  

Compensation: $38.00-$42.00/hour depending on experience

• Travel Reimbursement: Paid at the same hourly rate for time traveling to and from the facility.
  
• Mileage Reimbursement: Paid at the current federal mileage rate.
  

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop personalized care plans.
  
• Provide education to patients and/or family members on nutritional needs as indicated.
  
• Monitor and track client progress through regular appointments and chart documentation.
  
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care.
  
• Manage the on-site pantry, overseeing inventory, organization, and distribution.
  
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
  
• Adhere to all facility’s policies and procedures including confidentiality and patient’s rights.
  
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
  

Requirements

• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
  
• Experience in HIV/AIDS care and/or chronic disease management is a plus.
  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  
• Commitment to cultural competency and providing client-centered care.
  
• At least 1 year of clinical experience is preferred.
