Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional individuals to join our team as Event Staff. As an essential part of our event operations, you will be responsible for ensuring events run smoothly and providing excellent customer service to attendees. This role requires adaptability, teamwork, and a commitment to creating a positive event experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Event Setup & Teardown:

  • Assist with setting up and breaking down event spaces, including arranging tables, chairs, signage, and decorations.
  • Ensure all equipment and materials are properly stored and accounted for.

• Guest Services:

  • Greet and assist attendees, providing directions and answering questions.
  • Distribute event materials such as tickets, wristbands, or programs.
  • Ensure a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all guests.

• Event Operations:

  • Support various event activities, including registration, ticketing, and crowd management.
  • Monitor event areas to maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety.
  • Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting and escalating issues to supervisors as needed.

• Safety & Compliance:

  • Enforce event rules, regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Identify and address potential safety concerns or emergencies promptly.
  • Coordinate with security and other team members to manage crowd control.

• Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with event managers, coordinators, and other staff to ensure seamless operations.
  • Communicate effectively and adapt to changing priorities during events.
