We’re seeking a Digital Content Coordinator to join our creative team, reporting to the Senior Digital Content Manager. This role will support the scheduling, production, and execution of social content across organic marketing channels. The ideal candidate is creative, highly organized, and eager to contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced environment. A collaborative mindset is essential, as this position will work closely with creative, brand, and marketing teams to produce engaging content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing initiatives. Responsibilities:

• Capture, edit, and publish compelling photo and video content tailored for TikTok, Instagram, and other key platforms
• Attend studio photoshoots, sample meetings with talent, brand and press events, capturing behind-the-scenes moments to enhance storytelling and brand visibility
• Stay up to date on social media trends to inform content strategy and ensure our brand remains relevant and engaging
• Manage content scheduling, ensuring timely delivery of assets while maintaining an organized content calendar
• Monitor performance metrics, track engagement, and provide insights to optimize content strategy
• Foster community engagement by responding to comments and messages in a timely and thoughtful manner
• Manage tagging products on UGC posts that are published on luluandgeorgia.com

Requirements:

• Experience in social media content creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing past work
• Proficiency in major social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Comfortable appearing on camera and contributing to on-screen and voiceover content
• Must be based in Los Angeles, CA, with availability for in-person work and on-site content creation
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
• Familiarity with design and video editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience using social media management tools like Dash Hudson, Bazaarvoice, or similar platforms
• Knowledge of project management software such as Asana is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• A deep passion for home décor, interior design, and lifestyle branding is highly preferred
• Reliable transportation
