Position: Cycling Group Fitness Instructor – Substitute (Potential for Permanent Role)

Are you passionate about leading energizing, music-driven cycling classes? The Alper JCC Miami is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Cycling Group Fitness Instructor to join our team as a substitute, with the potential to transition into a permanent role.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead high-energy indoor cycling classes that motivate participants with exciting playlists and creative routines.
• Deliver safe and effective workouts for participants of all fitness levels, offering modifications as needed.
• Create a fun, engaging, and encouraging atmosphere that keeps participants motivated and coming back.
• Build connections with class members by being approachable, supportive, and inspiring.
• Represent the Alper JCC fitness team with professionalism and enthusiasm.

What We’re Looking For:

• Certification: A nationally recognized indoor cycling certification or equivalent group fitness credentials.
• Experience: Proven experience leading cycling or indoor cycling classes.
• Energy: A high-energy personality with a talent for inspiring and engaging participants.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of indoor cycling techniques, bike setup, and safety protocols.
• Flexibility: Availability to step in as a substitute instructor, with potential to grow into a permanent position.

Located in sunny, beautiful Miami, FL, the sprawling Alper JCC Miami on The Jay Morton-Levinthal Campus lies in the heart of the suburb of Kendall. Convenient and accessible, our Center provides many opportunities for the Jewish community and all south Miami-Dade County residents to enjoy recreational, educational, cultural and social activities.We offer our members and guests the chance to meet and connect with individuals and families from all over. For fitness enthusiasts, our Fitness Center is a great place to play racquetball, train with a friend in the gym, play tennis or swim in our chilled/heated 25 yard outdoor swimming pool. Our Youth and Adult Building, home to a wide selection of adult programs and our children's department offers the young and young at heart a place to gather and socialize. Also, our Sablotsky Cultural Arts Center hosts visual arts exhibits and performance or all ages and focuses on bringing renowned Jewish artists, authors, and entertainers for the community to enjoy!
