In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring healthcare professionals can focus on what they do best: caring for patients. As a CVO Specialist - Provider Enrollment Coordinator, you'll manage the credentialing and payer enrollment processes for clients across the country. You'll thrive in a supportive, fully remote environment that values collaboration, precision, and innovation.
What You'll Do
Manage all payer credentialing matters for assigned clients, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding credentialing and payer enrollment needs.
Prepare credentialing applications, letters, rosters, and communications with insurance networks.
Oversee the end-to-end credentialing process, acting as the project manager for assigned clients.
Handle inbound client communications via phone, text, and web chat to address questions and provide updates.
Communicate with insurance companies and other healthcare organizations to monitor and expedite credentialing applications.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of provider information.
Document interactions with clients and insurance networks in internal software systems.
Collaborate with regional enrollment teams to ensure seamless workflow and task distribution.
Foster strong relationships with clients and insurance network contacts.
What We're Looking For
Experience: 2+ years in provider enrollment or payer credentialing, with a solid understanding of credentialing and contracting processes.
Knowledge: Familiarity with payor networks nationwide, including government health programs and commercial insurance networks.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, and Vonage softphone.
Work Environment:
A dedicated, private workspace with reliable high-speed internet for remote work.
Availability to work Monday through Friday, with flexible hours to meet client needs based on time zones.
