Job Summary:

As a Community Outreach Coordinator, you will assist in developing and implementing outreach strategies designed to foster connections and build relationships within the community. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to promote our initiatives and ensure their success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Development: Assist in the development and execution of community outreach programs and initiatives.
  • Community Engagement: Engage with community members, stakeholders, and partner organizations to foster positive relationships and support our initiatives.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate outreach events, workshops, and activities aimed at increasing community involvement and support.
  • Liaison Role: Serve as a liaison between the organization and the community, effectively conveying our goals and initiatives.
  • Feedback Collection: Collect and analyze feedback from community interactions to guide future outreach efforts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align outreach strategies with organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Passion for community engagement and a desire to make a difference.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse groups.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or experience in community outreach is a plus but not required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
