Your Opportunity:
As our CFO, you'll be the architect of our financial success. You'll oversee all financial aspects of the company, from strategic planning and risk management to financial reporting and compliance. You'll be a key member of our Executive Leadership Team, providing strategic insights and driving our financial vision.
What You'll Do:
Shape Our Financial Strategy: Develop and execute financial strategies that align with our company's objectives and growth plans.
Drive Financial Planning & Analysis: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to ensure fiscal health and identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure Financial Integrity: Lead financial reporting and compliance, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations.
Manage Treasury & Risk: Oversee treasury functions, manage cash flow, and assess and mitigate financial risks.
Engage Stakeholders: Foster collaborative relationships across the company and with external partners.
Lead Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements and cost reductions to enhance profitability and service delivery.
Develop a High-Performing Team: Lead, mentor, and develop our finance, accounting, contracting, and procurement teams.
Oversight of Facilities and Real Estate: Manage facilities financial reporting, and general office expenses, including negotiating leases and coordinating with legal counsel for real estate matters.
What We're Looking For:
Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (CPA preferred).
15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 10 years in a senior financial role (healthcare or laboratory sector preferred).
Proven track record of financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
Strong cost accounting experience with ability to "Drill down" on pricing issues coupled with public sector contracting experience.
10+ years of experience leading technical professionals.
Strong understanding of operations, financial regulations, and healthcare compliance.
Experience in multi-site (U.S.) organizations is a plus.
Experience in clinical and/or forensic laboratory services/diagnostics industries is a plus.
