Job Description

Position:

Business Analyst Intern

Description:

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Business Applications.

Responsibility

Create clear and concise documentation, including workflows, use cases, and user stories
Analyze data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
Assist in gathering and documenting functional and technical requirements
Assist in project planning, tracking, and coordination
Work closely with mentors and other team members to achieve project goals and meet deadlines
Conduct research and benchmarking to support decision-making
Support the product management team in developing business plans and strategies

Requirements:

Basic

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Science or a related field
Role is not eligible for visa sponsorship

Preferred

Enthusiasm for learning and working with different technologies, including AWS, SQL and Salesforce
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Self-motivated with a good work ethic and a desire to learn and grow
Ability to receive and give feedback
Knowledge of business process modeling and workflows
Strong problem-solving abilities and eagerness to tackle complex challenges
Superb communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with business analysis tools or software(e.g., SQL, Tableau, JIRA, Lucid Chart)
Experience or coursework in data analysis, statistics, or related fields
