Job Description

We're looking for a passionate and dedicated Barber Instructor to join our team and inspire the next generation of barbers. If you are enthusiastic about sharing your expertise and guiding students as they develop their skills in the barbering industry, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Teach, mentor, and motivate students in both classroom and clinic settings using an approved curriculum.
Prepare students for the State Board exam, ensuring adherence to State Board regulations and standards.
Participate in various administrative tasks, including attending faculty meetings, maintaining accurate records for grades and attendance, and providing student guidance when needed.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent required.
Current Barber license as per State requirements.
Active Instructor license.
3-5 years of experience working as a Barber.
Previous teaching experience is preferred but not required.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
Basic computer skills are necessary.

Work Schedule:

Day and evening positions available, with some flexibility for remote/partial work-from-home options.
