What You'll Do:

* Represent clients in diverse civil litigation matters.

* Draft compelling pleadings, motions, and legal briefs.

* Conduct legal research using top-tier tools like Westlaw and LexisNexis.

* Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.

* Develop case strategies and maintain strong client relationships.

* Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff.

What We're Looking For:

* Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

* Licensed to practice law in California (additional bar admissions are a plus).

* 2-4 years of civil litigation experience.

* Exceptional research, writing, and advocacy skills.

* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

* Ability to excel independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with commercial, business, or civil litigation cases.

* Trial experience (highly desirable).
