Job Description: Associate Attorney - Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, and Workers' Compensation
Compensation and Benefits:
* Compensation: $110,000 to $130,000 annual, based on experience.
* Bonus: Production bonus structure up to $50,000 annually.

Overview:
We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and deeply motivated Associate Attorney to join our diverse legal team. This position focuses on civil litigation, with an emphasis on personal injury and workers' compensation cases. The ideal candidate will have trial experience and the ability to manage a full caseload independently from day one. Responsibilities:
* Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury and workers' compensation cases, handling all aspects from intake through trial or settlement.
* Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
* Engage in discovery, including depositions, interrogatories, and requests for production.
* Develop and execute case strategies tailored to client objectives.
* Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes.
* Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials.
* Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to ensure the timely progression of cases.
* Foster and maintain professional relationships with colleagues, clients, and referral sources.
Qualifications:
* Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
* Licensure: Active membership and in good standing with the Illinois state bar.
* Experience:
* Personal Injury: 2+ years of experience (plaintiff or defense).
* Workers' Compensation: 2+ years of experience.
* Proven ability to manage a full caseload autonomously and efficiently.
* Trial Experience: Demonstrated trial skills, with the ability to present compelling arguments and evidence before a judge or jury.
